Luis F. Garcia, born and raised in Nogales, Arizona has returned to the Border to provide his photography services, an accomplished press photographer for over two decades, has cover events both foreign and domestic for multiple organizations and publications. He has led photography expeditions throughout China, Mongolia, Italy, Israel and a climb to Mt. Fuji, Japan and has traveled extensively across the United States for American Image News Service.
An accomplished photographer Luis F. Garcia obtained his bachelor degree from Our Lady of the Lake University San Antonio, Texas and his masters’ diploma from the Institutes of American Image Press.
Luis also graduated from The New York Institute of Photography with a certificate of Professional Photographer.
